Features

About Pearto Image Studio

Create layered graphics with editable text and paths, masks, retouching, adjustments and local image exports.

How to use it

  1. Open an image or supported project, drop files, or choose a new-document preset. Documents retain their own histories; tabs appear when multiple documents are open.
  2. Choose a tool on the left. Add editable text, shapes and paths; right-click a layer for grouping, masks, clipping and styles.
  3. Use Image, Select, Adjustment and Filter menus to refine the result. Original elements and effect presets include local previews.
  4. Use File → Save → More formats and file name to save a Pearto project with the complete editable document. Export a raster image, or flatten an independent canvas background before using the supported PSD/PXZ subset. Review compatibility warnings.
  5. Open Edit → Preferences for themes, scrolling, guides and download or native saving. View provides floating panels, Restore all panels and Preview mode; Escape exits preview.

Build an editable social graphic

Create a 1080 × 1080 document, import a photo, mask its edge, add an editable title and vector element, then save a Pearto project and export PNG.

Supported formats

Processing and limitations

Browser + optional local models / AI Service

New canvases allow 4096 pixels per side; imports and resize allow 8192 pixels per side and 32 million document pixels. Up to 40 layers; layer bitmaps and masks share a separate 32-million-pixel budget. History and device recovery have bounded storage. PSD/PXZ support covers a subset; unsupported constructs are rejected or reported. Local neural tools require installed models. Remote AI requires sign-in and a configured image provider, with images up to 8 MiB each and a 16 MiB request limit. Full Pixlr parity is not claimed.

Questions and answers

What remains editable?

Pearto projects retain layers, groups, text, shapes, paths, masks, styles, adjustment layers and saved selections. Pixel painting rasterizes the targeted editable layer. Flattened exports retain only the rendered result.

Where is my image processed?

Core editing, export and device recovery run in your browser. Image URLs contact their host; optional local models download from Pearto. Explicit AI requests send the prompt, visible image, mask and any face reference through Pearto to its configured provider.

Can I reopen a project later?

Save a Pearto project for the complete editable state, including independent canvas color. Device recovery can restore recent work but is limited and can be cleared by the browser. PSD and PXZ retain only their supported features; flatten independent canvas color before exporting them, keep the original file and read warnings.
