Purchases and refunds

Pearto premium resources may be unlocked with earned points or purchased in USD when a cash price is offered. Points have no cash value. Cash checkout is handled by Stripe; Pearto never receives your card details.

Review the resource description and total shown in Stripe before paying. Sign in and verify your account email first. Access is granted after the payment notification is verified, and is attached to the purchasing account. A return from checkout alone is not proof of payment.

Visit Your purchases to check an order. For a missing download, duplicate charge or refund request, contact one@pearto.com or open a private support request with your order ID. Do not send a card number or mailbox password.

Confirmed full refunds remove access granted by that cash purchase. An independent points claim remains valid. Payment disputes can suspend cash access while they are reviewed. Your applicable consumer rights are not restricted by these instructions.
