Pearto provides decision-support information. It is not financial advice, legal advice, tax advice, medical advice or investment advice, and using Pearto does not create any professional relationship.

Results are estimates produced from the inputs you provide and the assumptions Pearto states. Your circumstances, local rules and information Pearto does not know about can change the answer materially. Before acting on anything consequential, verify it with the relevant authority or a qualified professional.

No guarantee of outcomes

Pearto models possible outcomes. It cannot predict the future, markets, rates, prices or your life. Scores rank options under stated assumptions; they are not probabilities and not guarantees.

Your inputs, your responsibility

Results are only as good as the values entered. Pearto labels assumptions clearly, but it cannot know whether a figure you typed is accurate.

Acceptable use

• Do not use Pearto to break the law or to mislead anyone.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, scrape at scale, or gain unauthorised access to the service.
• Do not present Pearto's output as professional advice to someone else.

Availability and changes

Pearto is under active development. Tools may change, and a calculator's formula or assumptions may be corrected. Where a correction changes results, that is treated as an improvement to accuracy rather than a change to a promise.

Independence of scoring

Editorial scoring is independent of commercial arrangements. Where Pearto is monetised — through advertising, affiliate links or a paid tier — those arrangements must not influence a score, a ranking or a recommendation. Sponsored content, if it ever exists, will be clearly labelled.

Intellectual property

The Pearto name, design system, formulas and written content belong to Pearto. You may use your own saved results for personal purposes and share them as the product allows.

Liability

Pearto is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, Pearto is not liable for decisions made in reliance on its output.
